Profile :

Lead the Sales Quality for a cult, iconic brand growing extremely rapidly. We're well covered in media but as we expand global, we'd like to make the brand iconic by showcasing:

Job Responsibilities :

- Owning the audit, quality assurance, and process efficiency function

- Identifying areas improvement in sales conversion by both product intervention and process intervention

- Ensuring that there are no leakages in the processes and plug those leakages to improve sales funnel

- Ensuring that the audit results and findings are conveyed to the stakeholders for both corrective and preventive actions

- Ensuring high quality standards in terms of sales experience of the leads

 Experience : Minimum 4-6 years experience in a fast growing start-up preferably B2C start-up. Six Sigma expertise.
